Аргументы

• cat - Cat VeiL services.
• list - List of VeiL services and statuses.
• restart - Restart VeiL services.
• start - Start VeiL services.
• status - Status VeiL services.
• stop - Stop VeiL services.
• --to_file - Redirect output to file (/tmp/cli-stdout.txt).
